You already know something isn't working. Maybe it's been building quietly
for months - a restlessness underneath the routine, a tiredness that a
weekend off doesn't help, a question you keep pushing back down.
From the outside, your life probably looks completely fine. Stable job. Stable
income. People who rely on you. That's part of what makes this so hard -
because if things were visibly falling apart, you'd know what to do. But they're
not. They're fine. You're just quietly, persistently, inconveniently questioning
them.
You're not dramatic for doing that. You're not trying to reinvent your life.
You're trying to work out whether the life you built still fits the person you've become.
Ten short videos
Around 10 minutes each - moving through three phases. Each one does one specific thing - names an obstruction, shifts a belief, or gives you a tool to work with.
Reflection exercises you can do in a notebook, a notes app, or a voice memo on a walk.
About 30 minutes a day - longer if you want to go deeper. No rules about how much time you spend.
Live calls and community
Three 90 min live group calls across the ten days – one to go deeper into each phase.
Relaxed, honest conversations - we apply the work to real situations and make space for the messy bits that don't fit a reflection exercise. Replays available if you can't attend live.
The community space stays open after the ten days end. Many women come back to it months later when a new crossroads appears. The Clearing becomes something you can return to.
→ Stop the spiral.
→ Name what's actually happening.
→ Find the rules that have been making decisions for you.
→ The actual clearing work.
→ See what you're carrying.
→ Find what's actually yours.
→ From cleared ground, one deliberate move.
Name what's actually happening - burnout, misalignment, overload, or something else entirely - and understand why that distinction matters
Find the invisible rules that have been making decisions for you, and learn to tell the difference between your actual judgement and inherited pressure
See clearly how much you're carrying - and what isn't actually yours to carry
Separate what you genuinely value from what you've been told to value
Start rebuilding the self-trust that years of overriding your own instincts has eroded
Leave with a framework for deciding what comes next - Stay, Shift, or Step Away - and a realistic 90-day plan for your first move

You want work that fits the life you want to live, not a life built around sustaining your work
Your job is good, or at least fine - and that's part of what makes this so confusing
You're burnt out - not dramatically, but in a bone-tired, nothing-touches-it way
Every time you try to think it through, guilt talks you out of it before you've started
You can't just quit - financially, practically, responsibly - and you're not even sure you want to
You've burned out before and you're terrified of making the same mistake twice
These women are not confused. They're capable, over-responsible, and no longer able to hear their own judgement underneath everything they're carrying.
Hi, I'm Sarah - founder of OffScript and your guide for The Clearing.
I spent 17 years in senior NGO and charity roles. I was highly capable. I was also exhausted, operating on autopilot, and genuinely baffled about why a career I'd believed in had started to feel like something I was dragging rather than living.
What eventually helped me wasn't someone telling me what to do next. It was getting honest about the invisible rules I'd been living inside - the ones that said I should be grateful, I should be able to handle it, I couldn't leave because people were counting on me.
Once I could see those rules clearly, the decision became possible. Not easy. But possible. And mine.
I created The Clearing because that kind of thinking space - structured, honest, without pressure to decide before you're ready - is what most women in this situation actually need. And it shouldn't require months of 1:1 coaching to access it.
Ten days. That's all this asks of you.
I'll see you in there. Sarah x

About 30 minutes a day. Videos are roughly 8-10 minutes. Reflection exercises take as long as you give them. The materials are yours to keep and come back to whenever you need them - many women return to particular days months later when a new question surfaces.
Possibly. The honest answer is: you'll come away with the readiness to make one - and that's more valuable. A decision made from guilt and fear is one you'll second-guess forever. A decision made from a cleared, grounded place is one you can trust.
If you recognise yourself in this - you don't need to keep scrolling.
